Yes. Have watermelon if you want watermelon. It's about 50 calories per cup of it. So just keep that in mind as you're eating it. Quite frankly, I couldn't imagine going a whole summer without it.

I don't think that's silly. I have found myself doing the same thing. I have said here before I am not a patient person. While my common sense knows that I am different from anyone else, it frustrates me to see other's scales moving faster than mine.
