Hey there....I would like to put in my two cents as well....I love TURBO JAM and have been doing it regularly since the end of April. It has really played a part in helping me lose inches. I combine with walking, and elliptical. I have the first set. I have done every work out on there, my favorite is the 20 min workout, though there are days that I have so much energy that I do the Cardio Party Mix 1. LOL The AB workout is good too, 10 mins of standing ab work, and then 10 on the floor. Well I will check in on you girls later! Have a great one!! Happy 4th of July!

Welcome Tinky-Great to hear you have had success with TurboJam. I really hope to do some form of exercise tomorrow.

Dea-WTG on the 35 min. -You go girl!!!

I just recieved my TurboJam. I got just the first DVD. If I like it, I will order the package and give this one to my mom. She's jealous I have it.

Today was a test for me, but I passed it! I only got 4 hours of sleep (I normally get around 8) and I really just felt like vegging out, but I got off of my tail and did the 20 minute workout. Since I'm a beginner, I've been following the suggested plan that came in the package.

I'm gonna try Cardio Party and/or Turbo Sculpt next week and see how it goes. I haven't felt this many of my muscles from a home workout in a LONG time. I know this sounds silly, but I already feel like I'm looking better in my clothes...I'm so glad I have this thread to keep me motivated!

I didn't do any Turbo Jam today....I hit the pavement for a walk this morning instead.
Jmeezay...sometimes "getting off your tail" is the hardest part of a workout....good for you!
My plan is to do the cardio and turbo sculpt tomorrow.

No exercise to report today-Tom came and hit me like a ton of bricks!!! I am feeling a lot better now, so I hope to get it in tomorrow.

Jmeezay-WOW You are kickin butt!!!! Good Job!

Dea-Any exercise is a plus! Keep it up.

I did Turbo Sculpt this morning....man, that is a workout!!
Tom stopped by my house today too....bleh!
Off to a BBQ tonight...plenty of salad and watermelon for me!

HI Everyone!!!
I was wondering if I could join yall? I bought TJ a couple of months ago, but kinda got of track, but I started again today and I did the Learn and Burn, just to get me back into things. I lost the book I got with them ,but I know I followed the 10 day plan, and lost crazy amounts of inches. So if anyone still has there book and would like to post a scheluze up, that would be awesome!! I'll check back in with yall later!!

Of course you can join us. I will get out the schedule and post it for you tomorrow. I finally got in some exercise today. I did the 20 min. workout and the ab workout. I know I will be feeling it tomorrow. When you did it before did you follow the exercise schedule only or both the food and exercise? Just curious. I really should find my tape measure and record some measurements. Sometimes your body changes more than the weight loss. Talk with everyone in the am.

I followed my own plan for the food, I just eat 1200 calories. Basically just chicken and salad. Yes use that tape measure, and record it down on the piece of paper they give you. And you will be suprised. I measured my stomach area around my belly button it was 50 1/2, thats where alot of my weight is, after just 2 weeks, it was 45. I lost about 2 incches in each thigh, 1 in my arms.

I am still thinking of ordering this. I am so uncoordinated so I do the Leslie Sansone tapes but if this is something I can do I definately want to try it.

Stacie-WOW those stats sound AWESOME!!!! We are about the same with our stats. I am 5'2" looking to get down to 125-130. Right now, 180 would be a dream. How insane is that!!!! I am really sore today. I am still going to try and do some TJ. My Dh is gone for 10 days, and I was hoping to do it for the entire 10 days in the hopes that he would notice something when he got home. I will pull out the schedule and get back on in a bit to post it.

Judyt-I will say that the moves are easy but some of the combinations take awhile to get down. I look silly sometimes trying to follow them. However, it is more fun than anything that I have done. I love the music and really like the instructor. I say go for it!

I dont even know why I stopped using it. I know how you feel about the 180's. I really want to see 179.9, I cant ever remember the 170's. Have you been to the message boards at beachbody. They have amazing pictures over there. Some show the progress from day 1 to like day 15, and you wouldnt believe it!!

Haven't Turbo Jammed in a couple of days (Friday and Saturday were action packed!), but its back on the ball today. The plan is to exercise every single day that I'm not busy. That way, I'll at least get 4 - 5 days in.
