Chicken broth is awesome if you are feeling hungry but don't want to eat. I was having a cup of chicken broth every day for a while but I've cut down on it. It is only 5-10 calories, if that. Unless you get the low sodium versions though it tends to have quite a bit of sodium and can make you retain water.

Welcome Triz - as you noted everyone needs to find a plan that fits them, but seems like you got the basic gist of it -- move more, eat less, drink lots of water.

I personally am amazed at your rigorous regimen, esp. in regards to exercise. I try to exercise every night, but sometimes I'd exercise in the morning instead if I knew something is going on at night, or maybe give myself a day of rest and make up for it over the next few days with an extra 10-15 minutes. It's a flexible program (as is my eating habits) but that's what works for me.

However, I'm curious about your goal weight though, which would put you in the underweight BMI category for your height (18.2) -- even models are required to be higher than that

Aquawarlock, you're right. A weight of 120 would put Trizma into the underweight category.

Trizma, how did you choose your goal weight?
