Okay so the other day I was complaining that I had gained a pound and a half. In one day! Without cheating! The next day a pound of that was gone and yesterday I was down another pound. Today, get this, UP 3 POUNDS

I was about 200 calories over my daily average yesterday however I was 200 calories shy on two days earlier in the week and I was pretty much bang on the other two days. What is up with that? I wasn't even over on bad things.
3 pounds is equivalent to 10500 calories. Is somebody shoving Ben and Jerrys icecream in my mouth all night and making me eat it while I am sleeping???
Today I am going to make sure and get my water in. Yesterday I drank lots of fluids, but not as much water as usual. Earlier in the week though when I gained I had drank three litres of water. Can too much water in a day make you retain?
I would blame it all on TOM, but TOM hasn't visited me in years. I don't miss TOM.
Okay that is my rant for the day. I am off to drink some water. Oh yeah, and I am not changing my ticker from this gain. It better be a temporary minor little set back.
