Ho-ho's? I'd never eat one of those things, food plan or no!

Cheese with tortillas? Well, might work--as long as one measures out the portions properly. Cheese has 100 cals per ounce. Eleven (11) Dorito chips, Nacho Cheese flavor, have 140 cals. Gosh--that could be lunch!
So it's not that one can't have those foods--or any foods!--as long as one keeps track. I try to avoid foods that will trigger overeating, like those evil Doritos!

But again, to each her own.
