  • 152.0 again. I don't know what is going on I'm soooo frustrated!
  • Starting my journey down to the 140s! I was soooo antsy to be in the 150s, and now I'm like, ok, time to get out of the 150s! Haha. 8.2 pounds left for me, I was 158 this morning. I'm going to try to weigh in less while I scramble my way out of the 150s.
  • Zumba I am truly sorry to hear about your mom. I'm sending you both all the good thoughts and prayers I can. Taking it one day at a time is a good plan.

    I'm still hovering at 150 today!! The scale even glimmered a number I shall not speak of yet hahaha so I'm going to cautiously nudge my ticker down a little bit. I don't necessarily trust whooshes unless they stick around for awhile
  • thank you Lioness. It isn't easy to stay OP but I know that I am no good to my mom or my own family unless Im healthy. I succumbed to eating some chocolate covered pretzels last night and felt AWFUL afterwards. I haven't had junk in so long and my body reacted to it, it was so not worth it. Needless to say the scale jumped up a bit this morning but iM not sweating it, just getting back on track . I make sure to eat protein before i go to the hospital in the morning so I won't be tempted to use the vending machines there or get something bad from their cafeteria.

    Nicholsfamily I have been trying to get out of the 150s for the longest time, the only way I made that number move a bit was by going drastic....so I cut out cheese, sugar, grains.....it wasn't easy at first but got easier as the days went on. Finally saw some results....

  • Well yesterday I mentioned that I saw a number I didn't believe so I rounded up but I guess maybe it's real because I saw 148 on the scales today I'll probably hang around for one more weigh in before I leave this thread. I don't wanna jump the gun haha

    Zumbachica if that's the worst you ate considering all that you're going through I would count that as a win! Just take it one day at a time. Having a snack before going is a great plan! I know your scale will be back down soon

  • Finally saw a new drop today. 157.4. I sense this decade will be the slowest yet. Oh well. Nothing I can do about that. Next goal is to see 156 something on the scale, but may not weigh in for awhile.
  • I thought I might say goodbye. The next time I see you again (hopefully) I will be pregnant. But until then I am 145.5 pounds and looking forward to seeing the 130's for my final target

    Creeeeeeping downwards. I think I'm going to se a lot more fluctuation now that I'm in the 150s, which I remember from being here before. I had a lot of water weight issues/increase in the amount of water I retained in the 150s and 140s for some reason.
