i would like to join this please? i joined this site ages ago, lost a bunch of weight then gained it all back and more

starting again today at 258lbs (funny i'm embarresed of that number even on an online forum)
i am going to be calorie counting as this worked for me before. my goals for today are to eat healthy food aiming for 1600 calories, do 15 minutes on my excerise bike and go for a 15 minute walk, i am keeping my daily goals small for now.
i am going on holiday in 8 weeks and would like to lose some weight by then.

I need to be a bit careful of my knees, after carrying this extra weight for so long... They're not too great but getting better slowly.
Time to go back on the water tablets for a week and hope it helps.
lol, and hopefully it will just be a matter updating some formulas once we've WI... Now I know how to do it, it shouldn't take me as long!!
