My DH is going 'jogging' with me tonite. I am TERRIFIED! He runs 2-4 miles 3 days a week in the army and I... well i'm on week four of c25k. We will see how this turns out! hehe

stacylynn: I stopped after finishing week four a few weeks ago and restarted on week four again yesterday. Start where you think you are ready.. if it's too easy move ahead.. if it's too hard go back! good luck! Glad to see so many c25kers!
