Good Morning All
Hope you all had a good weekend and a very Happy Mothers Day! I really didn't do too much this weekend, Saturday I went to my WW meeting and I had maintained! Which I know is better than gaining but it put me in a funky mood all weekend! The result was not good! I went on a 2 day eating frenzy~! I feel soooooo horrible! I can't believe I did that! Dont know what got into me I just couldnt and didnt want to stop! Today is a new day and I am starting out on the right foot with fruit, yogurt and water! Hope you all have a great day!







What can I eat that might keep me fuller longer? All my carbs are from veggies, if I do bread it's whole grain but it's rare, usually fruits and veggies and protein sources, and 4-6 bottles of water...do I need more carbs?
