    11 minutes walking for me... I might get more in later, but thought I'd post now since I've got 2 days in a row again.

  • Just wanted to let you know I'm actually up to 200 minutes walking for the month. Way better than what I expected! I'm very glad. It motivates me to do more the last week of the month.

  • Hey all -- 75 min to add. 15 min from walking with the dogs yesterday and 60 min weight lifting today

  • 90+ min hike today and 20 min strength training. I pulled a muscle in my thigh from doing lunges. Argh.

  • I made up some major exercise today. I did 60 minutes of my cardio/weight training DVD this morning and then I went on a 2.5 hour hike. Total minutes to add for today 210!

    Personal total: 704 + 210 = 914
    Group total: 13,910 + 210 = 14,120
  • Got in 35 minutes today.

  • I woke up early and did 40 minutes of weights. I almost talked myself into staying in bed because my legs were sore from all the exercise yesterday. I reasoned with myself that my arms weren't sore so I could do an upper body workout.

    Personal total : 914 + 40 = 954
    Group total : 14,155 + 40 = 14,195
  • Finally feeling a bit better so I managed 25mins today

  • 4mile WATP video tonight. My thighs are still sore from those stupid lunges yesterday, which makes tonight's accomplishment even more meaningful for me. (the 4mile is hard!)

  • I just joined and would like to know how this works. Can I set a mini goal since it is so late in the month? If so I would like to set a goal for the month of October of 100 min. Everyone here is such an inspiration!
