Please put me down for 228-----same! Another baaaaad weekend of snacking, a huge hit a work, (long story) but well no excuses. I just didn't go to the gym either.
But I did eat well on mon-tues-wed and went to the gym tue-wed. Will go tonight, after supper and saturday when I wake up (sleep all day, work the night before). Will chat later!
