I have eaten Kimchi, cauliflower pizza (not lol carb, it’s mighty crust from heb in sausage peppers), about 5 hot wings from Trader Joe’s it was all really good also some go chili Lime seaweed and sunflower seed butter dark chocolate cups 1 serving 170 calories. I’m up .5 from the 26th of March after eating a bunch of Taco Bell over the past couple of days.
my lowest since being on this journey, goal for April is 289.9 lbs and to aim for 10,000 steps a day. I’ve been smashing that goal doing 20,000+ steps on at least 2 days so far and it’s only the 4th. Wishing us all well on our journeys let’s go!!
