I've tried all their ISO-100 powders and some of their Elite Gourmet and probably like gourmet chocolate, cookies & cream, and vanilla the best. Probably in that order. Peanut butter is good (I think it's a Fusion 7 flavor not sure if it has AP in it). Banana and piña colada are just ok. The berry one I really disliked, but some people love it, so you'll have to judge for yourself. I think you're safe ordering chocolate and c&c.
I always mix them with water - about 8oz and they have been great. I have one at breakfast, and one at lunch with my veggies. They work ok for a snack too if you need it.
I know dymatize probably isn't perfect, but it's one of the best i've tried in taste and nutrition.
Good luck.
The ISO-100 taste pretty good. I'm quite happy with my purchase. I've had it for both breakfast and lunch today without any stomach pains so I now have a suitable post-workout protein. Thanks again!Originally Posted by randyhall
