  • I'm treating myself big time today. Now I am still staying within my calorie limits (1300) but I am going to save up half my calories through out the day so for dinner I can drive through our local Pizza Hut/Taco Bell and get a personal pan cheese pizza (590 calories)! YUM!!!
  • Salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions and 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese topped with shrimp cooked in 1 tbls of olive oil and spices.
  • 2 Baked thin Pork Chops, Brussel Sprouts, sauteed garlic mushrooms & spinach. Oh dang, I'm hungry now
  • Last night I had a vanilla java porter and a dark chocolate stout, then a boneless grilled chicken thigh.

    Lazy.
  • Beer.
  • Home made Pad Thai.
  • 1 cup mashed cauliflower made w/ low fat cheese, light butter, cream, lightly salted- and 1 cup Thai stir fry veggies w/o sauce- and 1 large green apple.
  • Key West Grilled Chicken on top of a taco salad (crushed lime tortilla chips, cilantro lime brown rice, corn, black beans, lettuce, spinach, 1-2 slices avocado, dollop of greek yogurt, and bit of salsa or tabasco.)
  • Homemade broccoli beef with steamed rice.... I think.. I'm feeling indecisive. Hmmm....

    I actually made something new tonight on a whim and LOVED it. I have a george foreman style grill that you spray with cooking spray and throw whatever in it.

    2 eggs (120cals)
    Riced Cauliflower (1/2 cup-25 cals)
    Red pepper (6 cals)
    Kraft Feta Cheese with Basil (1/4 c. 90 cals)

    Beaten in a bowl. Then dipped in:
    Ketchup (2tbsp-40 cals)

    301 Cals and it Filled me up! Might have it tomorrow on a slice of Ezekiel bread.. toasted of course
  • Maple glazed Salmon with a medium salad
  • Lean ground beef in mock tomato sauce and veggie farfalle pasta.
  • Last night!

    - large salad with a bit of feta
    - Quorn "Turk'y" burger (mycoprotein veggie burger)
    - cauliflower fritters
    - roasted broccoli, roasted asparagus
  • Taco salad. Definitely taco salad. I might bring it for lunch tomorrow, too. We have a lot of cooked taco meat.
  • Red wine and beer chasers.
