    Ajlee I'm copying you for my next challenge.

    So I plan on drinking 32 ouncez of water and exercising for 10 minutes everyday. These are both level one but I'm trying to ace them!

  • Hello all.. I am back again.... That 21 day - water (32 oz) thing did it for me and now it is a habit... Yeah..... Trying to do something new.... Exercise every day with 2 allowable pauses... trying to make this a good new habit!

    day 1 3/25 Arm bungee stretches / 2.5 miles walking briskly (whew almost got run over too)

    Day 4 water/Y exercise/Y barely tho! Had to force myslef to do yoga for ten minutes.

  • Well I'm gonna restart this challenge after the holiday weekend. I was a straight up sloth yesterday and I'm not wasting a pause day this early in the challenge. I will be working 12 hour shifts all weekend so I'm gonna relax and get back to work with the exercising come monday. Keep up the good work guys!
