I don't have the book yet, but got this info from things that I have read. I plan on getting the book soon.
Glad you have joined me and know we can do this together.
Hey! I'm old also and short! I'm 5'4" and turned 60 this year and I'm having a hard time accepting my age. When I fill out forms online I still say I'm in my 50's, sometimes 40's

And yes, that is a recent picture in my avatar. I don't feel 60 and I certainly don't mean to sound conceited because I am not, but I don't think I look 60 either. When my mom was 60, she looked much older.
I have always loved frozen dinners, so eating this way is right up my alley. I have a hard time with the shakes....they are expensive to purchase and I think eating Greek yogurt would be a little cheaper and have about the same stats.
Two years ago I went on Atkins, lost about 20 lbs., got really bored and gained it all back.

I've done about every diet out there, even NutriSystem, lost 25 lbs, gained it back. Never got to my goal either time.
