sparklebe - im so sorry that you are still not up to par, but doesn't it feel so much better to work out? even if you can't give it your all- to just say that YOU PUSHED THROUGH AND DID IT??
as for me? today culminated in disaster. you can read all about it in the "chicks in control" section. i'm not proud.
BUT on the positive side: i did learn to not mess with a good thing, i did learn to not over research, and not to over think.
i DO still need to learn 1. control. 2. to not mess with a good thing. 3. to be more patient.
tomorrow is a new day, and i promise to be kinder to myself, i promise to be okay, and i will continue on this yellow brick road, even if the little pony decides to kick and buck and throw me right off.
hang tight, it's going to be a bumpy ride. giddy up

. I wish there was some way to keep me motivated to just do it. I thought the fit bit would help but this thing just makes me sad!
I’m sorry you’ve been going through some hard times. But good for you for making it into an opportunity to think and learn, and then refused to let the pony run away
