toobig HEY!! I just noticed we have pretty much the same stats!! I've been gaining and losing beteween like 178 and 175.5 for like, 2 weeks now

how many calories are you eating? how much are you exercising? lets compare notes!
my update? 30 DAY CHALLENGE ROCKED!! Finito la comedia =) ahah done done done. today, is OFF. no yoga, so i can (pardon the TMI) but pee out all the water weight - seriously, your body knows. i took measurements from Jan 1 and this morning - the difference is overall 11 inches. nothing came off my arms, or my thighs, a little off the waist, a little off of the ribs, chest, 3 inches off my stomach!!! (i measure at the widest part) and some off the hips. WOO HOOOO. I am now a (ballpark) 36-29-35. WOO HOOO?? haha. so far, weight loss is only 4 lbs, ish for the month (but i will know more once the pee-ing water retention situation clears up tomorrow).
now, i think my studio is continuing on to a 60 day challenge. if this crazy cold gets a little better by tomorrow i will try to continue!
