  • I weighed-in at 177.9lbs today, just barely there but I'll take it.

penmage - just keep drinking that water, hopefully everything will go back to normal!

    fashinjunkie09 - Welcome!
  • Yay runningfromfat! A loss is a loss

Weighed in at 172.6 today! Fiber and water fixed whatever was causing the issue, lol.

That's great that everything is backed to normal!

I weighed in at 177.2lbs today so it seems like it stuck. TOM also decided to show up so it looks like I won't be going any lower anytime soon. However, I'll take that as a good sign that I went lower the day TOM came.
  • Hello, I'm new to this thread. I lost a bunch of weight and then re-gained a lot of it and was at about 175 for almost a year. Three weeks ago I decided to get myself back in line and this morning I weighed in at 169.6! I'm glad I'm past my first hurdle and am optimistic about losing another 5 pounds!
  • Welcome to the thread, Civakas! Congrats on getting back on the wagon.
  • Wow, congrats civakas that's good progress in three weeks! Congrats to all who have lost this week.
I too am trying to get back on the wagon and have lost .8 despite it being my TOM. Hoping its even more and that I'll have a pleasant weigh in next Monday, but I'll take what I can get.
  • 177 this morning. I really hope i can keep this up...it is my birthday week and I have a lot of people taking me out to celebrate several times. Let us hope that I can lose at least a pound
  • 176.5lbs this morning!!! Just a bit over .5lbs to go until my next mini-goal
  • Good job, runningfromfat!!!! That is a huge achievement!
  • Quote: Good job, runningfromfat!!!! That is a huge achievement!
Thanks! BTW, I hope you have a great birthday this week! Losing a pound, I'm sure, would be a great birthday present for yourself.
  • Official WI this morning and I am back up to 173. I pretty much let a "treat" day turn into a 4 day free for all! Oh well, I am back on track today and if I am really good I might be in the 160's next week!

I hope everyone is having a good week so far!
  • 170 this morning! I'm so excited - I want to get to the 160s so badly! And it was an unexpected surprise, since it's my TOM...

fashin: Good for you for getting back on track!
running: Congratulations! You must be so happy!
thinner: Good job and I hope you have a great birthday week!
  • SparkleBe- Go you! That's awesome!

I haven't weighed for a day or two. Feeling all bloated and icky again. I think I might be gluten intolerant. Which sucks, cause I <3 bread.
  • runningfromfat Thanks for the birthday wishes! It would be awesome to see another pound drop (even if it is "water weight") but with all the eating and treats, I ll be happy to just make healthy and conscious choices.

fashinjunkie09 One thing that I have learned from the short time I have been on this forum, is that all that matters is that you get back on the wagon. so GOOD FOR YOU!

SparkleBE to see a loss during TOM is really impressive. Good job. And thanks for the B'day wishes.
  • Yay! I found the perfect thread! I was looking for a 160's thread since I am on the threshold of being in the 160's (very exciting ) Anyways since I am still in the 170's and since I am actually a 20 something, then this is perfect.

Today I weighed 170.8. I follow Tosca Reno's clean eating principles, but since I cant trust myself to follow anyplan 100% I also count calories.

I am going for slow and steady wins the race and am aiming to lose 1/2 a pound a week. So I will be here a loooong time.

I aim to eat 1800 calories a day (.7 lb a week loss according to "my fitness pal". My method of tracking calories. Leaves a little lee-way if I go over )

I run 1/2 Marathons but have been out of the swing of training as of late. Right now working on getting back to running 3-4 times a week. In the building stage so not alot of miles yet. Also strive to lift 3 times per week.

    Sorry for the lengthy intro!

    Goodluck all!!
