OMG! How stupid am I? I just now realized that I'm still taking 1 1/2 TBS of Oat Bran! And I can have like, 2 TBS!! A whole week?! Oh well, at least I've noticed now, and I'll start tomorrow

1 sweetener packet, ton of cinnamon, but I don't use water at all, all skim milk. I like it creamy. And I noticed the difference in texture. It's nuttier if I combine everything right before I fix it. Or mushier if I pre-fix everything the night before, and let it sit and soak up the skim milk. The oat bran puffs up, and can get pretty thick, when you heat it up, chewier
Now, has anyone tried that, Shirataki noodles?? I've been to the Miracle Noodle website, and it looks delish. But cost quiet a bit, but I'm think it may help me stay on the wagon, because weekends, are my downfall, for some reason, I feel like I need to have rice, and lots of rice...

That web site says their noodles are Calorie Free, Carb Free!! But I would love to hear some real life experience, before making a purchase.
Rennie - I log in daily on MyFitnessPal.com. I like it. And my calorie intake on work days, runs about 1000-1200. Weekends are my Downfall!!!
