Weighed in this morning at 169.6 so that means I haven't gained weight after all!

That's AWESOME! But I'm still doing phase 1 today since my head isn't focused like it once was. I prepared myself a vegetable soup last night. It looks more like a stew type thing than a soup. I think I might have left it there for too long haha! Oh well, still looks pretty good.
Edit: I've decided to not stick to phase 1 completely. I'm still going to eat meals from Phase 1 though. I figured since I was the same weight, I don't need to. I'm just going to exercise more this week.
