  • 204 BUT i saw.... 199.8 FLASH ON My SCALE!!!!!
  • Ok, at least the scale is moving in the right direction again-- 204.6 this am...which makes me still one and a half pounds above where I was two weeks ago...

I am being extremely careful about my calories...AND working out a lot. I'm also sleeping a lot and trying to destress after two really stressful weeks...

Most of the extra water weight is gone... I WANT TO KISS the 200s GOODBYE!
  • amen sister i never thought of it being a sleep issue.. i really have been lacking that.. i think im gonna have a NAP after work! muwahha
  • Yay ubergirl!! Me too, I am back at 204. We are going to kick the 200's butt farewell very soon! Crossing fingers for a whoosh for us both!
  • I just realized I started this thread on 4/23... I did NOT think that FIVE WEEKS LATER I'd still be stuck in the middle of the decade. I must have the metabolism of a turtle.
  • Also hanging at 204. What is it about this particular minigoal that it just WON'T give way without a fight?
  • I'm still at 207, and that's okay. But I'm going to try my 5 mini-meals today and see if I can squeeze down a pound.
  • Yeah, maybe we should make a "Getting Off of 204" thread...
  • we should.. LOL
  • Quote: Yeah, maybe we should make a "Getting Off of 204" thread...
True, LOL!!! I've never worked so hard to get so little as the last few weeks.... but it HAS to change soon, doesn't it???
  • Y'all are on The Little Engine That Could. "I *think* I can...I *think* I can..."

Pretty soon you'll be pulling over the top of the mountain and heading down the far side, sliding into the 100s. Keep going!
  • Hey ubergirl, I just read your post on the thread about how much better you feel now than at 295, how you can run etc and I am just SO amazed at all you've accomplished! I am only 40 and we weigh the same but I could no way, no how keep up with you woman! You have come so far! Just wow

    Ah, Lynn...

You always seem to know just the right thing to say! I just came home from a 45 minute run-- I was only going to do 35 minutes and I felt pretty good so I decided just to keep going....but I'm sure you could keep up with me. I think I'm the slowest runner in the universe.
  • Nope, that would be me!

Took my bike in for a tune-up and I'm already having withdrawal. I'd rather bike than run any day...
  • LOL, I can't even run across my yard! I can sort of lumber My knees are wrecked!

I have high hopes that my pace with increase and my gait get smoother as I lose weight.
