I'm so tempted to go and order as I only have a few IP bars left, and in maintenance I want to keep a small supply of packets for the day after the indulgence day, I think it will be way easier to have that strict phase 1 day with IP or Lindora stuff, but with Idealtogo, I over ordered IP stuff to avoid a lot of shipping and I thought I'd be on IP longer so I have a ton of drinks left. Does anyone know how often they run this specific kind of sale, where it is 30% or more?

Thank you, I'm going to have to bookmark this page for the next couple weeks, or bug someone again, I think I have about 2 weeks left of IP vitamins.

Ok so I started the IP diet today. I couldn't stomach the herb and cheese omelet, but I'm not sure if it was because of the taste or just because I think the massive amounts of vitamins made me sick to my stomach. I went with the pink lemonade instead for breakfast. So far I'm not hungry....

I've had 26 oz of water so far.

I've planned the IP Chicken Soup for lunch but everyone I've talked to now says it tastes nasty so I'm worried about what I'll do if it does.

Jordanna How are you finding this cleanse? I think I love it. I have been down on the scale all week and it has been my TOM.(see how this newbie is picking up the lingo haha) I was expecting my weight to stay then same this week.

I must admit I am a scale hopper...find one and I will weigh...but I find that each morning I have been on IP I have been nervous that my weight will be up, and yet it is not. Sometimes it seems surreal how well IP works.


ibdadozer Welcome! I too couldn't stand the omelette, and I have been having egg white omelettes for breakfast for years. I didn't like the chicken soup either, but some people love it. If you have just started, perhaps you can talk to your coach/clinic and see if you can trade a few packets in. For me personally, I LOVE the premade chocolate and vanilla drinks, and I use the strawberry pudding and the wildberry yogurt as shakes. I also find that with the shakes if you use chilled water (just have a jug in the fridge) they taste worlds better. I have only tried a few of the items, but there are folks here that will be able to give you a ton of ideas, as well as support!

So u cheated! big deal. if you fall off the wagon get right back on. i think your doing well. from what i have read. good for you for getting back on the diet thats what really matters you didnt just give up. i cheated last night as well i had to go to the city and my friend and our kids wanted mcdonalds so i had a burger but i took the bun off. i felt guilty as ****. but i think back on what i would have ate normally before starting the diet and i am still making a better choice than i would have before to put on so much weight. i hope all goes well and you lose a couple of pounds so you don't get discouraged.

They had a similar sale March 16-18, but it might have been 40% off everything. They have a different sale every week or so. From March 26-31 they had a 25% off sale with free shipping over $100. Sometimes their sales are for diet counseling services only. Sometimes it's only free shipping over a certain amount. Once they offered $30 off if you ordered $70 worth or semething like that. You never know what their special will be.

Hey Calgary - I think I like the cleanse, it has upset my stomach a little bit, and I can't tell how well I'm doing because I broke down and bought a new scale after mine broke but it weighs me differently than my old scale so I guess I have to wait until Monday at weigh in to see if it actually made much difference....

My coach said she thinks I'm going to have a slow couple of weeks because I've been putting up good numbers for so long that my brain has caught up to my body and said "hey what are you doing with all my fat stores" and is going to hold on to the fat for a couple of weeks...shrugs....

Only time will tell

Ok so today I placed an order with Lindora . I hope I like it and it dosnt slow my weight loss down too much but I need some change . So I ordered the cheese cake , the custard, the tomatoe soup , the carmel nut bar , and the vegetarian sloppy Joe mix , and the strawberry smoothies . We will see .

Let me know how they work. I have been going back and forth on whether or not to order some of their items. It seems like they are working for people. Does anyone's IP coach say anything about using different products, or not buying products from them?

Be careful with Alcohol though... that I didn't do and know would SUCK!

Ugghh!! My first week is almost to a close on Saturday and I am on my own scale and I was down 5lbs and now I am up 2, I dont get it.
I have not cheated, 2 days I did have 4packets and not 3. I was taking in alittle more oil, but now premeasuring everything. It was that TOM so maybe that was the problem. have 2 days till my weigh in an I don't want it to seem like I have cheated.

I started on Monday and to be honest the chicken soup was the worst one I ever tried. I haven't tried everything so far but my most favorite is the cold cereal and the hearty stew so far. I am trying the leak soup today for lunch so we'll see. I have also tried the vanilla pudding, wasn't bad. the banana/pineapple drink : I still remember the icky taste of it from yesterday afternoon.

my Hunger: very very bad around 5 in the afternoon. Basically I can't function or think clearly till I have a protein pack. Yesterday I was so out of it that I bought 2 huge bunches of arugula instead of spinach; got home, started cooking it and just by smell I realized it was not spinach.

I have a co-worker here who has done it and he says by day 4-5 I should be able to deal with the hunger better. Well today is my day 4 so we'll see what happens.

Extraordinary thing: I had to cook alot last night because I have family coming in tonight and I did NOT taste anything that I cooked...as in no cheating so I think I am relativley committed to this.
