    I am posting my weight as 185.8 today.

    Hi Ladies,newbie here.Well today I weighed myself only lost 1lb but its 1lb less and I havent had a good week for dieting.Too sick.Anyways my bday is a week b4 thanksgiving and would love to be25lbs lighter at the least.Thats a small goal for me.Im 221 as of today.For thanksgiving I would like to be under 200.I dont have the opportunity to get to a gym but I will be trying out this Pilates DVD by Denise Austin,I here its great!   • I'm not going to post a weight today since I took some meds yesterday that are making me bloat. I strained my back during exercise in the morning. It got pretty achy last night, so I took some stuff before bed. Doing much better today. Good luck to all.

  • Hi everyone I weighed in this morning. KAPUTZ!!!! I gained a pound reading in at 157. sorry ladies, I will do better this week. I recieved some awful news, my favorie Aunt was given 3-4 weeks to live. This has saddened me so much!! thanks everyone for letting me rant. Pat
  • Holly, thanks for the sympathy. I went swimming this morning and my back's a whole lot better.

    Pat, so sorry to hear about your aunt. As far as the weight gain, one pound isn't much. A little increase from time to time happens to the best of dieters.
  • I'm weighing in at 259 1/4 today. That's so much better than my 1.5 gain last week. Total loss for week 3 3/4 lbs lost.
