Hello everyone! I am not doing well either. WTH???? What are we all doing??? I weighed in last night and maintained. THANK GAWD!!! I ate birthday cake all weekend long. Butterfinger ice cream too. Anyway, scale showed a gain this morning. I think it caught up to me. I am doing great so far today.
Breakfast
oatmeal 3 pts
Gym
5 minute warm up walking
30 minutes with trainer
at that point, I had only burned 293 calories.
So, I did 15 minutes at 4mph on an incline and burned a total of 453!
Lunch
left over Capallini Pomodoro from Olive Garden and one bread stick 6+2.5.
Doing something with pork chops tonight. Not sure what.
I wish there were some sort of challenge we could do with actual consequences to each other. Any ideas........let me know. --Amy
