Sounds like you had a great workout Sunday and that planning to get it in while you could was very commendable!
I'm glad to hear your hard work is showing results on the scale. Some of us can't claim that, which always makes the work harder. I like your notebook idea and especially the "planning for TOM." This is really important. If we know when we're going to be especially challenged we can get a jump on mood swings, cravings, leaps of the scale (upwards, naturally) and not let them knock us off track. Good for you!
Gosh, you're just full of saves and awesome behavior, aren't you? I've never had a Krispy Kreme but I hear they're addictive. What resolve you're showing in keeping them out of mouth!
Your brother sounds funny. I have a feeling the hysterical laughter is going to start turning to something like.. a nod of respect and impressed silence!

I thought for sure there would be posts. Oh well... just carrying on by myself here. I did make it through Day 8 but felt really discouraged by the whole thing. Though I am putting so much effort into things I do not see results. I feel tighter, feel the exercise has put on muscle and firmed me up, but the clothes are actually tighter. I tried my "measuring pants" and they were tighter than before.
Shouldn't be any water retention these days...maybe it's too much salt or my body reacting to all the exercise and retaining water nonetheless. Very discouraging. I had some things last night I could have done without but am still calling them okay for my challenge, which right now is to eat decently, get exercise in every day, get more fresh fruits and veggies, not binge...well, carrying on. You know, I really hate the fact that I am having to do things I don't want to do, take away the little (I think) things that I enjoy...but I'm going to keep at it. If I had a body I liked maybe that would compensate for having to be so vigilant....oh well, allow me my little rant. I'm feeling discouraged and tired and like it's just all not worth it....come on, guys, give me some help here.....
