Thank you,
Carol Sue! Another good day for Ichabod today!

Oooo, those snowballs sound good! You'll have to let us know, compared to some of the other foods you've tried again recently, if they tasted as good as you remember.
Chickadeee, do let us know how the doctor's appt goes! I hope it is all great news!

Yay on the walk with the pups!

Who do you have there in the attached pic? Cute pillow! Beautiful baby!
PrairieQueen, good-looking menu, especially the spaghetti, yum!
Mars, yay on moving in the right direction! You'll be all the way back down before you know it!
Hi
Rennie, Bewildered, Mary!
Today was challenging! I went to my DIL's baby shower (she's having twin boys!

) Chicken salad croissants, chocolate dipped strawberries, cheese ball and crackers, chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, lemonade, sweet tea, oh my! I took a croissant and ate the chicken salad out of it with a fork, and had veggies and ranch dip, with water to drink. If I had thought about it, I would have waited for today as Carb Day, but oh well! Speaking of Carb Day, I didn't do too much damage, thank goodness! I was up only half a lb.

There's still hope for me yet to hit the 170's this month!
