You all sound in good spirits, so here's to a great week OP, and the last week of the challenge! Let's kick some butt!
I try to at least walk every day, and do the aerobics tapes as many times as I can get myself to: 3-4 times a week seems to be good for me right now.

Then on Sunday I had popcorn and pop at the movies. And yesterday dh's friend came over to help with the bathroom and they ordered wings. So, of course I had to have a few, which turned into 8! Man were they good! We'd never ordered from that place before, and it's only 1/8 of a mile a way. THat could be very dangerous!!! WWAAHHHH!! But I think I'm back on track this morning. I made a big batch of WW 0 point soup last night. It has veggies in it that I had never even heard of before!! Man is it good! So I had a big bowl of that and an apple for lunch. A 2 point lunch, a very filling. Maybe I CAN do this.
