Can someone (obviously more spreadsheet-literate than I) share with me how I can print these various spreadsheets so they are big enough to read? Everytime I try they come out in .001 font or something! Thanks for the help!

Not usually and not unless you make it at home. You can call ahead to the restaurant and see if they know the nutritional breakdown for their cockatail sauce. Even it it says 1 carb commercial cocktail sauce often uses high frutctose corn syrup as the sweetener.

If you made it at home you can use a wf or maple grove no carb ketchup, horseradish, and splenda.

I just use a spritz of lemon juice on my shrimp. It works great.
  • I'm interested in gathering some information about an alternative vitamin and cal-mag like the IP ones I've been taking. I think I'm going to switch to some more affordable Lindora/Pure Protein products after Christmas, as I'm finding the cost a real hardship on my family. Does anyone have a brand that they've found for the supplements that I can get in Canada? Thanks!!
  • Lindora is having a 40% off sale right now good until 11/26/10.

I have placed an order for four months worth of packets and will not be going back to my coach. 70.5% savings over IP for the same items with roughly the same cal/fat/carb/protein.
  • I just put in a Nashua order! I'm so excited! Does anyone have an alternative supplement (vitamins, etc) that you buy? Brand? Thanks!!!

There was a vitamin thread. Maybe search for it. I plan on still buying ip vitamins even though I am not buying much ip food. I doubt they'd turn away your $$
  • My boyfriend and I are on our second week of the diet, and I keep seeing people posting recipes containing "WF" Foods. I am just wondering what they are and if we can use/ eat them. I'm new at this and just need some advice
  • Walden Foods = WF Most coaches sell their salad dressing, marinara sauce, caramel dip, chocolate dip etc in their offices. Here is a link to their website so you can see what they offer. They are zero carbs, zero calories, zero fat..

My grocery store carries WF stuff in the health food section, but I prefer to order from www.netrition.com because they are less expensive and have a more consistent selection.

I think that IP is a wonderful program that works. All except for the wallet. There is a wonderful program online call myfitpal .com that you can use to input what you consume in a day. This program lists IP, New Lifestyle, Nashua and Lindora food items and lets you choose what is the best IP like food for yourself.
