I do the FULL test only about once a week(on a low weight day).
I do the full thing every time just because I like getting the stamps on my calendar

. I don't take whatever weight my Wii says too seriously tho, I use my bathroom scale as the "official" scale.
Oh and don't worry, the Wii won't scream at you for gaining a few ounces, in my experience, I only get screamed at if I gain about a pound or more, otherwise it barely says anything.
Today I did 10 min hoops and step as warmup, then I did 20 min Turbo Jam and finished with 10 min. yoga....I feel good
