Hello ladies! How are you curbing your binges? I haven't had any which is amazing, let me tell you! I found I really don't crave things, besides starbucks now and then and i get non-fat and use it as a treat.
today: salad (mmmmmmmmmm there is this awesome place on campus) and a 2 gram of fat little chocolate lowfat milk, and of course water
dinner tonight, i think veggie lasanga, but i have not decided.
right now, until my teeth are back and i can eat my veggies, etc i am just watching what i eat. most things have to be mushy to not hurt my teeth. i am still going to the gym (did 2.4 miles in 30 minutes today, i was taking it easy a bit, i just feel ick with my mouth throbbing). i have been living off of ibuprofen, i swear, haha.
things are getting crazy. i have 4 classes after this semester till i graduate with my masters. one being an internship this summer, which will be crazy busy for me. i really want to be down around 150 by late august. which will be feasible only if i can get back to smashing soon!!!
anyways, keep it up. i so love our group.
