65 minutes at the gym, on the treadmill and crosstrainer (plus some crunches at the end). I've really been slacking lately, so I have to kick things into high gear if I want to complete my July exercise goal!!
Only 10 minutes to log just now, but that was doing an express workout video called "Tighter Assets"... it may have been short, but it was a killer. I'd better have tighter "assets" after that workout!!
I was in a really bad mood today and had that overwhelming feeling when you think that the only thing that will make you feel better is binging... so I went to the park and decided that I would walk until the feeling passed. 95 minutes and 7 miles later, I feel like a million bucks. This may be my new favorite weight-loss tool!!
