  • 65 minutes at the gym, on the treadmill and crosstrainer (plus some crunches at the end). I've really been slacking lately, so I have to kick things into high gear if I want to complete my July exercise goal!!

    Group Total 15,215 + 65 = 15,280
  • 43 minutes (20 min walking yesterday, 23 with dance DVDs today)

    Group total: 15,280- + 23 = 15,303
  • Hi! 30 minutes hard cleaning yesterday. 60 minutes pilates today.

    Group total ~ 15,303 + 90 = 15,393
  • 20 min treadmill

    Group total - 15,393 + 20 = 15,413
  • 50 minutes walking outside, brining my total to 1280.

    The group total is now 15,413 + 50 = 15,463
  • Only 10 minutes to log just now, but that was doing an express workout video called "Tighter Assets"... it may have been short, but it was a killer. I'd better have tighter "assets" after that workout!!

    Group Total 15,463 + 10 = 15,473
  • A full hour at the gym after that exercise video... boy am I tired.

    Group Total 15,473 + 60 = 15,533
  • 20 min WATP workout yesterday, 30 min on the treadmill today.

    Only 10 away from my July goal! Looks like maybe I should up it for August.

    GROUP TOTAL 15,533 + 50 = 15,583
  • An hour in the gym - 30 elliptical and 30 weights, bringing my total to 1340.

    The group total is now 15,583 + 60 = 15,643
  • 25 min on the treadmill
    15 min walking around the market
    40 min total for me

  • I was in a really bad mood today and had that overwhelming feeling when you think that the only thing that will make you feel better is binging... so I went to the park and decided that I would walk until the feeling passed. 95 minutes and 7 miles later, I feel like a million bucks. This may be my new favorite weight-loss tool!!
