I agree with your research on the 2lb fluctuation, I remember reading somewhere way back to avoid carbs late in the evening. This could be why. Makes sense to me.

I have alot of the symptoms like high bp, high chol, and high blood sugar. So I have a different mind set on losing weight and exercise this time. It MUST be done. Like a job! I have painted myself into this corner and must find my way out!..

. I don't watch Oprah but I also worried about the effects my weight was having on my health and that was one of the biggest reasons I could come up with to change my lifestyle.
This morning I was rattling on about cardio and how I'd had an epiphany that I couldn't get to goal without it. He wanted to know why that was a problem. I told him because I dislike it so much. He said .... "Ok then, be fat."
I hate it when he's right!
