Andrea, that's a confluence of too many pains and impairments. You aren't well. You need to look into it further. One thing I have discovered from my accident & prolonged recovery: Worrying about my weight when I am not fully functional, when I am trying rebuild wasted leg muscles and learn to walk on a new knee -- it's like rearranging deck chairs on a sinking ship.
Wednesday, after a restless night, fretting over a shakeup in my dept. that I just heard about yesterday, during which I woke up hungry.
Weigh in: Pre-intake, pre-outtake, 140.7. Hard to believe. Re-set the scale for a second time and double-checked and got the same number. This was from getting so hungry in the night? I am incredulous and mistrustful. Also want to ensure I am feeding these weak muscles. This is why I've switched to a protein bar dessert at night.
