I've tried all their ISO-100 powders and some of their Elite Gourmet and probably like gourmet chocolate, cookies & cream, and vanilla the best. Probably in that order. Peanut butter is good (I think it's a Fusion 7 flavor not sure if it has AP in it). Banana and piña colada are just ok. The berry one I really disliked, but some people love it, so you'll have to judge for yourself. I think you're safe ordering chocolate and c&c.
I always mix them with water - about 8oz and they have been great. I have one at breakfast, and one at lunch with my veggies. They work ok for a snack too if you need it.
I know dymatize probably isn't perfect, but it's one of the best i've tried in taste and nutrition.
Good luck.
Thanks, I went ahead and ordered them. It has sucralose which isn't great but as far as IP protocol goes, they use it in almost everything. It's a pretty good price for hyrdolyzed whey.Originally Posted by randyhall

Coach was looking at the fancy scale and knew I had been exercising to excess. Well Yea it was one of those week. Heavy wet snow needed shoveling, my 1 hour boot camp last Thursday, on my feet and walking for four hours at the Chicago Auto-show, Boot camp again on Tuesday and I knew my weigh in numbers were going to be crap so I snuck in some class let left me dripping in sweat and fighting the urge not to black out yesterday--not smart. Yea I am exercising too much. So this week my plan will be to scale that way back and stick to plan.
