Good Morning BFC Chicks.To day I start my diet revolution using the BFC plan. I am no stranger to BFC. I did it last year starting in January and by May I had lost 20lbs. I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but for me; it was. I have been on again and off again. This time I plan to stay and push forward until I reach my goal. Sorry to say That I put 5lbs. of my previous weightloss back on, so I will lose it again I hope for good. I weighed this morning and it was 221lbs.
Just saying it out loud makes me sick. But I know I can do this and I am going to prove it to myself. I will weigh every day, I know once a week is recommended. But, weighing every day helps me to stay true to the plan. I will keep a log and blog of everything for the next 12 weeks. I have had a good BFC breakfast and I feeling so positive. Well, have a good BFC week.
