195.4 this morning - mega hard work yesterday, some sore muscles today and I honestly didn't think I'd see any drop. The body continues to baffle me - I'll just shake my head and take it with gratitude! First ounce I lost for a week, and it was a pound.
Sooooo I did it! I got under 197! That was the last point I got to and gave up. I'm 195.1!! So proud! Now I know I can keep going and can do this. I WILL meet my goal! JOY!
Chickies-- get this.... I weighed in at 190.6 on Friday afternoon-- by Monday morning I was 196!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRR. The usual culprits for me-- a four hour drive on Friday night followed by two long work days.... plus, I'm entering my pre TOM week. Same thing happened to me last month. Have not been able to workout in several days, but spot on with my calories. Six freaking pounds of bloat??? I figure a couple of pounds of bounce goes with the territory, but SIX POUNDS is cruel and unusual punishment....
