Prepare beforehand - buy all the chicken, fish, veggies you need for a week. THen if you are busy, pre-cook... just today I cooked ground turkey breast (with low sodium taco seasoning), cauliflower, oatmeal and some eggs. For the turkey breast and cauliflower, I measured them out, 4 ounces, and put in sandwich baggies. This way I can just grab and go in the morning.
