Well, my night out dancing got postponed to this weekend. My friend ended up not having time to get in a nap and was too exhausted to go. We will try again on either Friday or Saturday.
Wow - the other teams are way chattier than we are.
As for my goal shirt, I think it would be either something like, "to be strong enough to face any challenge I choose" or "to keep on dancing until the end".
1. What is something you accomplished last week that you are proud of? I was able to do a back bend in yoga class. Also, I was tempted to buy a "treat" of some sort of low cal ice cream thing last night, and I resisted (these things don't work for me - I eat more than one at a sitting and it just makes me crave more stuff. I am much better off having one planned real sweet thing a week).
2. What is your exercise goal for the week? Dance class M/W/Thus/Sat with half hour resistance training sessions before the weekday classes. Plus yoga on Saturday.
3. If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? I am actually pretty happy where I am at the moment, but I often think about moving back to Atlanta.
4. If you could vacation anywhere in the world where would it be? Vist my brother in Maui! Also I would love to go on an extended trip to Australia, New Zealand with a stop in Tahiti. Actually there are few places I wouldn't want to go.
5. Who is your inspiration? For weight loss, there are a bunch of people here at 3FC, but mainly some of the ladies over in the 300+ area like Catherine, Annie, Zelma and Heather. I am also really inspired by Jillian and I love listening to her shows every week.
