    I am happy to report a 3 lb lost.!!! Congrats to all the losers.
  • Hi Girls -

    Lost the normal 2 this week added to the 5 for the week before (bigger post TOM drop) and we get -7 for my first weigh in. Sounds really good but most weeks for me won't be this high, but what a way to get off to a great kick start!

    Muse....70 minutes of exercise!!! That is amazing!! Keep it up! And then down 7 lbs!!!!!! Girl you are simply amazing!! Are you flying high on that or what? LOL!!

  • Well, not alot to report from me today so far! Going to work hard on catching up on my reading. Who did I see that was sitting for the CPA? My idol! LOL! I'm still working hard on making it through tax and cost!

    I was on plan all weekend long! Got the weirdest feeling going on lately I feel skinny...much skinnier than the scale is saying! I know this is a good thing I just cant wait for the body to reflect what I feel inside!

    I hope everyone has a wonderful week!! Working on my first RED WINS today...didnt get it yesterday!

    Melissa- Thanks for thinking of me.... I can't believe I am almost 18!!! Yippee!! I think tommorow we are just gonna have supper and some cake (kinda a family thing) and on Friday I am going out to lunch with my auntie. It's kinda hard since this is my first birthday away from my parents... although I am sure they will call!
  • Yay for all this weight loss!

    I did Slim in 6 earlier today. I was proud of myself, because I didn't want to get out of bed. My diet has been on track, and I've been drinking water too, which is amazing. I just don't like the taste of it.
  • down 2lbs. Not bad considering my monthly friend is due for a visit this week. so good job ladies and keep up the good work!!

  • Everyone congrats on the losses. Only a 2lb'r for me this week. It was the inconsistency. Something I am working on this week. Now that I am back at work I think it will be easier. Being busy does help.
  • I love all this weight loss our team has. Angela, 1 pound is wonderful! I don't want to hear any boos from you. That's 1 pound you never have to see again.

    Anyway, I went for a walk tonight, so that means I got 2 workouts in today. I'm debating on whether or not to do a 20 minute turbo jam video or not.

    Anyways it is my birthday tommorow and a couple of my friends are gonna take me out to moxies to celebrate. I know I don't usually do restaurants to well and I need any advice to make sure I don't lose control. I checked the restaurants website but they don't have any nutritional info posted?? WTF????
    How can I make sure I stay on plan?? Any suggestions?

    Taryn...I'm sorry if you said this before but are you in college? Just curious you said it was your first birthday away from your parents...I hope I'm not being too nosey! My suggestion for you and your birthday celebration is this...moderation and portion control!! First of all you only turn 18 once so enjoy yourself!!! That being said, you can enjoy yourself and not overdue it. Choose grilled over fried, pass on the sauces and gravies. Drink water with your meal or diet soda. Portions are usually out of control so have the waiter bring you an extra plate, put half the food on the plate and have them wrap it up for you for dinner the next night. Now days restraunts usually have a healthy option so dont worry about it! The worst thing you can do is stress about food. Moderation and portion control...you'll do GREAT!!

    ....way to go today lady!!! Drinking water has been a struggle for me lately too, which is weird because I used to be able to do 3 - 4 liters no problem, but I found that I have a much easier time if I use Crystal light, I get those little to go packs. But, they say to add them to 16.9 oz of water...thats too sweet for me so I add one to 32oz of water. Today I was even thinking of stretching it even farther...the cherry limeade one is sweet!

    ...no such thing as a boo loss!! Think of how much 1 lb of butter is..and you lost that!! I say thats pretty darn good!!

    Likenoother...I said it before and I'll say it again...there is no such thing as ONLY 2 lbs lost! That is an AMAZING loss!!! You are doing GREAT!! Be very very proud of all your hard work! Way to go!!!
