Robin, I love the feeling I get from your last post -- hearing about how you're taking care of yourself, and how much your husband appreciates you. Wonderful!
My last significant NSV happened on Wednesday, and I posted about it in one of the Exercise threads but I'll repeat it here because I love it! I decided to try the step aerobics class that happens right before my usual bodysculpting class. Some other women warned me that it's 45 minutes of intense cardio, and then the instructor (not the usual one) asked if there were any beginners. I told her I hadn't done step in ages, and she gave me a look and said "Well...this is an intermediate class" as if I wouldn't be able to hang. Pfft. She did all sorts of crazy dance-y combos and I messed up a little here and there but I kept up just as well as anyone else AND I had to jump around and use my arms a lot to keep my heart rate up. So...not only was I able to keep up, it was TOO EASY for me! Woohoo! Running is getting me so much more fit than I've ever been before.

Oh, and did I mention that I was really tired and had cramps, but I still did the step class AND the bodysculpting class after it? Yay!
