I was just writing my blog and decided to set myself a mini goal. My birthday is in 10 weeks from now. To get to 16st I would have to loose 25lb...which is 2.5lb in a week.
It's a lot, but even if I don't make it, I will be within the 16's. I don't even remember the last time I weight 16 stone....Well, I'm going to make a minigoal tracker now and update my signature...that should keep me busy for the last hour at work.

Got my treadmill out yesterday tho, so gonna try stickin with it this week and get back on track. Have found a few more 'appetising' recipies online, so they might make things a bit more interesting.
