  • 13 minutes on the elliptical, an hour and 12 minutes on the bike, and 20 minutes of weights today.
  • Over the weekend, I probably logged at least 10 miles of walking between hanging out downtown waiting on the car to be serviced and going to the Bristol Ren. Faire.

    This morning, I got in a 30 minute power walk.
  • 30 minute power walk this morning
  • 30 mins on the elliptical, 30 mins on the recumbent bike.
  • 1 hour on the elliptical
    30 min upper weights
    30 lower weights
  • 30 minute power walk again this morning. I need variety!
  • 30 minutes of the elliptical machine. I chose the cross training program on the elliptical and that makes you go backwards with the pedals. A real butt-kicker, b/c I can feel burning the whole time!!
    Burn, baby, burn….
    Bonded with the treadmill for 40 minutes and then 20 minutes of weights.
  • 2 hours on the elliptical
  • I got in an extra 20 minute walk at lunch yesterday, and a 30 minute power walk this morning.
  • wow everyone here is doing so amazing I thought I would pop in and put up my exercise for the day. I did tae bo bootcamp the cardio dvd (30 mins) and then used the stability ball for ab exercises (10 mins). Keep going everyone
  • went swimming for 65 minutes today ("laps" with my little girl on my back and helping her learn to swim)
  • Today I did a 45-minute bodyflex (weight training) class, then swam laps for maybe an hour.
  • 45 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes of weights.
  • 40 minutes calisthenics yesterday, 80 minutes on the bike today.
  • I kicked butt in the gym too!

    most at level 3, 1% inlcine (my regular)
    2.5 miles

    But at least 3 minutes at level 4... that's good for me
