Over the weekend, I probably logged at least 10 miles of walking between hanging out downtown waiting on the car to be serviced and going to the Bristol Ren. Faire.
30 minutes of the elliptical machine. I chose the cross training program on the elliptical and that makes you go backwards with the pedals. A real butt-kicker, b/c I can feel burning the whole time!!

Bonded with the treadmill for 40 minutes and then 20 minutes of weights.
wow everyone here is doing so amazing I thought I would pop in and put up my exercise for the day. I did tae bo bootcamp the cardio dvd (30 mins) and then used the stability ball for ab exercises (10 mins). Keep going everyone
