PORTIONS!
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve?
I need to do better portions, eat less chick-fil-a, and exercise a tad more. (I think 2 miles a day would be good, right?)

) Who do you want to look better than? : My ex - friend. Shes a size 9 and the meanest person ever. People that are your friends dont cuss you out becuase they just "feel like it"
What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size?

When my SIL had a baby and her post-pg weight/size was the same as mine, and I've never been PG!.
Also I tend to binge - do good for a while, then BOOM! Eat everything in sight
