  • A nice drop this morning and I’ve now made my bonus goal!! Woohoo!!

    Since there are only a few days left in May, I don’t think I’ll bother setting another bonus goal. I’ll remain on plan and we’ll just see what happens.

    I was super busy (and little stressed out) for a week, so I did not even weight in daily, but I followed my food plan with very few exceptions.

    I was really pleased to see the number on the scales this morning. I may not meet my plan for May but I still lost around 5 pounds so that is good!

    I am leaving for 9 days vacations to Croatia, but I will be back in June, so see you all in the June thread. Please keep on and be strong, you can do it - WE can do it!

    for those of us who are LESS than we were 27 days ago and will keep on keeping on!!

    Bambi - I am working South Beach-ish type ... but I watch my calories too just to be aware of how much I eat. I'm going to look at my carb count and weight loss and see if I have something going on like ennay.

  • I started dieting around 5/5 and I weighed myself at 297.6

    I'm really hoping to weigh 287.6 by the end of this month!

    I'm hiding from my scale until the first of June so I don't throw off my groove!

  • Congrats everyone on their lessons month!! I've not been real "careful" thus month, but I'm still down a pound. I leave for an overseas trip to visit hubs' family Sunday with lots of outdoor activities planned....so maybe I can shake a pound or two off have a great weekend all!

    Joy: You’ve given me a bit too much credit. My original goal was 179 and my bonus was 177. So, my bonus goal was only 2 more lbs., not 3 (although I won’t complain if I make 3! )

    Ronja: Great to see you back and to see that you lost another 1.5 kg. Enjoy Croatia! I’ve heard it is one of the most beautiful countries in the world and I hope to go travel there in the near future. Where in Croatia are you going?

    My wife passed away from an extended illness last Friday.
