    10/20 - I forgot to weigh this morning! I was so tired that I showered, dressed, etc., etc., then remembered as it was almost time to leave for work.
    10/21 - 159.8 lbs (-2.8) Sigh.....was hoping for a little movement on the scale
    10/22 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) It's moving in the right direction finally.
    10/23 - 159.6 lbs (-3.0) I see more exercise in my future . . .

    I was up yesterday to 177 (too much chili the night before) and then for Carb Day, which I decided to take yesterday, I went all out, but I only gained a lb! So today I am up to 178. I hope it drops away again very quickly, lol!
