    I guess that 2 months off really helped "reset" everything. Can't help but anticipate a huge jump any second. Hard to believe I saw that number on the scale today. Can.not.believe.it!

    Struggling -- after my big loss, I think my dehydration really killed me with water weight, cuz here I am.... Back up to almost start weight. I don't get it. I ate 1204 calories yesterday, and still, nothing. I'm about to throw the scale out of my window!

  • Back under 185 today WOO! I love being 'overweight'! Haha. I now weigh what I did in summer 2012, when I bought lots of the clothes I currently own. i can't wait to outgrow them! Hope everyone has a great day!

    I don't think it affects my weight loss but definitely affects my weigh ins. Last night I had a big dinner then went straight to bed around 11pm so this morning ( I weigh in first thing in the morning) I woke up still feeling a little bloated. I know I didn't actually gain weight and I'll probably (hopefully!) be down tomorrow.
    Do you weigh daily? This has helped me become familiar with my weight fluctuations so when I see a gain I can usually figure out why and not freak out too much

    Congrats on your loss so far! I know the scale can be very frustrating. Tracking your measurements is a great way to keep track of your progress too
  • Hope everyone is doing great. yeah eating late affects my weigh ins in the morning also. I guess sleeping affects it more. If I eat really late, but still get 8 hours sleep then I'm fine.

    Good luck everyone! I'm down to 273. I'm so excited. I hope I can make my goal by the end.
  • I haven't posted this week yet. I think i am trying to avoid my gain. My ankles look like giant pin cushions from retaining so much water. So if i post my gain it's not a true gain. I started drinking Dandelion tea. That is such a good dieretic for me. Hopefully be gone by weekend.

I started excercising at the beginning of many and my scales wouldn't move down for a week, even though I was on the plan and generally working really hard. Now this week I haven't changed anything (in fact, I eat more than last week) and my weight has gone 2 pounds down already. Blame it to water and keep going, the scales will move down eventually!!!
