Hi Susan....being a Mom isn't boring! I'm not much into exercising either, but I do love to walk outside. Even if it's cold I just bundle up...you can do it! What type of home business do you have? I messed up last night, but am back on track today. Spring is around the corner. I saw some robins yesterday!

Yes, i cheated I have a terrible sweet tooth and when I bake brownies I always end up sampling some....got back on track yesterday, but I don't think the scale is going to like me tomorrow!

Well I think I will do S-U-P-E-R-B on my diet this weekend!!......GRRRR!
I think I am coming down with the stomach flu....I have been fighting it this afternoon and right after work I ran to the drug store for some Emetrol. If you dont have it in your medicine cabinet I highly reccomend it.....sure makes an upset stomach easier to deal with.

Renee3, I am an independent distributor for a network marketing company. I can't talk about it on here though.. I love walking outside, but not in the cold.. Even bundling up doesn't make me want to go out and walk.. I'm hoping in another week or so the temps will stay in the 60's. Then I will go out and walk. I bought a Nutribullet this weekend and tried a couple of the recipes this afternoon. They were both really good. That's gonna be my breakfast and probably a night time snack for something sweet.. I'm committing to drinking one a day for at least 2 weeks and then going to 2 a day after that.. I know I'll see some changes from juicing, plus exercising.. Nutrition is the most important part of losing weight.. That and detoxing too!!! And a commitment to being consistent and and knowing that this isn't a diet, but a lifestyle change..

Sharmenu, we are at about the same weight and goal.. LOL.. I hope you are feeling better.. Hopefully we can encourage each other and maybe compete to see who reaches their goal first.. I have to warn you tho.. I'm not competitive at all..

Susan, I'm not sure I could just drink my meals...I need something more to satisfy my hunger. We are in the low 20's today with 3-6 inches of snow forecast. Good thing I have my horses to take care of or I wouldn't get any exercise! Susan, what kind of drink do you make with your Nutribullet?

Sorry haven't posted...I have been so sick....think I got food poisioning the other night.....we went out and had Pizza....I had one piece and instantly felt like my stomach was full...well in the night my stomach hurt so bad I couldn't touch it.... ..I spent the rest of the night between the bathroom and the couch.....so of course I weighed myself this am...hehe.... down 4#.....lol....in order to keep it there I am going to jog 6 miles today...and then go to the gym....will be sure and get water in today.....hope everyone is doing good.....a race to goal Susan...okay...you ON!.....you have a jump on me...I know this loss is really water from being sick! LOL

it has been because I have truly been working out so much!!! I have been doing my own "30 day shred". I cant figure out how to move my shamrock on my ticker yet (though I have tried) but I am down 4#....which isn't a lot but yesterday my daughter who I haven't seen in a couple of weeks said "You look like your getting smaller" YES!!! Its paying off!
I have been watching what I eat but the weight is coming off because I have started back to the gym and go pretty faithfully. Today they are closed for Easter or else I'd be there right now.....after my morning coffee I am going for my 3 mile walk/jog. The weather is pretty good here this am...suppose to get o 52 today.
