Checking in - my loss has been slower than it was the first time I did this diet, because I cheat more frequently. Not big cheats, but definitely a small cheat every couple of days.
Anyway, I'm down 5.5 lbs and my waist is an inch smaller. Getting ready to add exercise back into the mix TODAY. Heading to look for an accountability thread for that. Next big goal is the 30-pound loss mark (again) - 3 pounds to go and I want to hit it by Feb 1!
