!! Well, I did NOT make good food choices Friday and Saturday!!! Not even close to being on plan. I straight up BINGED those days, but the good news is as of Sunday I am back on plan. Brought my food with me to work. I am going to put it behind me and try really hard not to have a gain this week!! How did your WI go Lynnie??
These little bumps in the road happen. The biggest accomplishment is not letting them derail us forever. 





Back to routing and trying to refocus. So I should be back to checking in here a few times a week.
